Terms and Conditions

1. Theme Licensing and Usage
   Please view the GNU General Public License Version 2, here.
2. Delivery
   After your payment has been successfully received, your eFrog Theme information will be emailed to the email address you provided. This may take up to 1 hour but usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period (please check your spam folder), contact us through this website.

   Note: No invoices will be available for your purchases, as the PayGate sales receipt is deemed to be sufficient financial information.

3. Refund Policy
   All sales are final. Since eFrog Digital Design is offering non-tangible digital goods, no refunds will be given for software that is delivered via digital download from our site.
4. Updates
   Theme updates are available to customers who have made an individual theme purchase, free of charge.

   We strive to keep our themes updated for the latest version of WordPress but we can give no guarantee that current versions of themes will be compatible with future versions of WordPress, or that previous versions of themes will be compatible with the current version of WordPress.

5. Ownership
   You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of eFrog Digital Design.
6. Theme Compatibility
   All themes are designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress but we can give no guarantee that current versions of themes will run with previous or future versions of WordPress. We are however committed to doing our best to make all the themes compatible with future releases of WordPress.
7. Browser Compatibility
   Whilst we aim to ensure that every eFrog theme offers a seamless experience across all modern web browsers, it is impossible to compensate for the lack of web standards support in some of these browsers. Browser compatibility should therefore be tested against the demonstration themes on our website, as we cannot guarantee that our themes will work with all browser combinations.
8. Support Policy
   It is our policy to support our themes as best we can. All support inquiries and questions shall be addressed in the support forum Monday to Fridays, 10-11am, 16-17pm and 20-21pm (GMT +2).

   Support provided shall include common issues and bugs that might occur, and not necessarily customization of any themes. Theme support will only be given to those who purchase a theme package from this website.

9. Price Changes
   All prices on this website are subject to change without notice.
10. Site Content
    All content on this website is the property of eFrog Digital Design. Any unauthorised use or reproduction of the content or proprietary rights contained in this site is strictly prohibited and no express or implied license is granted in respect thereof.
11. Privacy
    All personal information submitted is treated with due regard to the privacy of our customers and will not be distributed or shared with any third parties.

    Personal information will be used solely for the purpose of responding to inquiries, processing of product or service orders or to provide you with product information.

12. Limitation of Liability
    In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

    eFrog Digital Design cannot be held responsible for the content contained within websites utilizing our themes and disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense arising out of or in connection with the use of, or reliance on, our themes.

13. Warranty
    Our themes are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress or when activated without any changes. Once you modify any of the theme files or include third party applications, we cannot guarantee that our themes will work.
14. Revision
    The terms of this site may be revised without notice from time to time. Such revision may include without limitation, addition, modification, deletion or replacement thereof.

    You hereby agree that your use of this site will be governed by any new terms and conditions.
